Pinnacle Pest Control
Certified Pest Control is The Pinnacle's pest control contractor. Their contract includes service for your unit usually at no additional cost to you. If you are having a problem with any creepy, crawly creatures in or around your home (left photo), you may contact our management company (see above) or Certified directly at (239) 877-4041 to help you get rid of them (right photo). |
Pinnacle Landscaper Contact Information
The Pinnacle's landscaping is maintained by Mainscape. (Click the logo to visit their website.) You should see them in the neighborhood at least once a week during most of the year. If you wish to see a schedule of what they do for us and when, you can view their Landscape Contract Summary.
If you notice any problems with the landscaping or irrigation, click the button to the left to contact them directly with your concerns. Mainscape’s Customer Service Request (CSR) portal on their website makes communication fast and easy for you. It is available any day and time using your smartphone, tablet or computer. It is as simple as 1 – 2 – 3:
1.) Fill-in-the-blank easy template.
2.) Mainscape personnel contacts you.
3.) Confirmation of your request as well as ongoing status updates by email.
