Pinnacle Pest Control
Certified Pest Control is The Pinnacle's pest control contractor. Their contract includes service for your unit usually at no additional cost to you. If you are having a problem with any creepy, crawly creatures in or around your home (left photo), you may contact our management company (see above) or Certified directly at (239) 877-4041 to help you get rid of them (right photo). |
Pinnacle Landscaper Information
The Pinnacle's landscaping is maintained by BrightView. (Click the logo to visit their website.) You should see them in the neighborhood at least once a week during most of the year.
If you come across any landscaping issues (excluding irrigation*), you can report them directly to BrightView by following the directions below. |
Reporting Landscaping Issues
Pinnacle owners can report any landscaping issues you notice (excluding irrigation*) directly to BrightView and they will follow up on them. In order to do this, you first have to register for the BrightView Connect website. This is a one time process that is simple to do. Instructions are available by clicking here. Under "New User Registration," you will see a link to click ("https//:connect...") that will get you started.

*Please note: Our irrigation system was upgraded in June of 2024 by Stahlman-England Irrigation. They are also taking care of the maintenance. So, if you notice any issues with the sprinklers you should report them to our management company (see contact info above).

Second Floor Small Window Washing Guidelines
Due to issues involving cracked and/or broken roof tiles, the Board of Directors has chosen to limit the cleaning of the small second floor windows over the garage (see photo below) to window washing companies they have authorized.
The authorized companies will have trained their workers how to properly walk on roof tiles to avoid any cracking or breakage.
As of 2/21/2024 only Economic Cleaning has been authorized to clean these windows. Contact information is available in the photo below.
