Welcome to The Pinnacle Clubhouse Reservation Form
Before filling in the form:
Re: Use of Pinnacle Clubhouse, Swimming Pool & Patio Areas
It has been determined by the Pinnacle Board, that the use of these facilities shall be restricted to its owner/members, their guests, and tenants of their respective units.
There will be no private functions allowed, to the exclusion of others (as defined on user's application). However, it is anticipated that all Pinnacle residents and guests will be respectful of those who have reserved the clubhouse for invited guests only.
Owners wishing to use the clubhouse for other than a small, impromptu casual group (eight people or less), should file a reservation application using the form linked to below. When desired, the additional use of the pool and/or patio should be indicated by checking the appropriate box. If no other owner has requested that time slot, permission may be granted upon receipt and approval of this application by a representative of The Pinnacle Board of Directors. APPLICATION FOR USE OF PINNACLE FACILITIES
I hereby request the use of the areas indicated in the reservation form. I understand that:
For events held on Monday or Thursday evenings, please note that the trash and recycle bins may be set out across the street from the clubhouse for pickup the next day. If they are not, and you place trash or recyclables in the bins, it is your responsibility to bring the bins across the street for next day pickup.
I understand that should any other member or his/her guests or tenants, wish to use these facilities during the time I've scheduled, they have a right to do so.
Clubhouse parking is limited. To ensure the free passage of emergency vehicles throughout the neighborhood, please make sure that all attendees arriving with a vehicle park them legally; off the street in a designated parking space. In addition to the 8 regular and 1 handicap spaces in the clubhouse parking lot, there are 15 spaces in 3 areas behind the clubhouse plus 14 more spaces in the 3 areas behind the waterfall for a total of 29 guest parking spaces. If you are expecting a large group, suggest that they carpool.
Checking the Agreement box and entering my name below it constitutes my electronic signature signifying that I have read Resolution 6 and agree to all stated and implied conditions of use.
- Check the Pinnacle Calendar for the availability of your desired date and time.
- Read and understand the regulations regarding clubhouse use, and, if applicable, the Rules of Use for the entertainment system.
- Contact a Board member if you have any questions.
