To attend virtually via Zoom, click the Zoom Option link and enter the Passcode when prompted. By phone, call the number, enter the Meeting ID and Passcode. Both can be found in the Agenda below.

All Association members are invited to attend BOD meetings where you will have the opportunity to address the Board with your concerns regarding any issue on the agenda. The agenda is posted 48 hours prior to the meeting on the clubhouse bulletin board and may also be available via a link above or emailed.

Pinnacle Appraisal Reports For Insurance Purposes are scheduled periodically to ensure the Association's insurance coverage is sufficient.
Periodic Reserve Studies are requested and prepared to ensure that the Association is collecting sufficient funds to keep our neighborhood's reserves within the statutory requirements.
